- Here’s the newest song released from Eels’ upcoming The Deconstruction. “Premonition” is the third song we’ve heard from the album, after the title track and “Today is the Day.” The full album is out on April 6.
- The Outlaw Music Festival is a series of dates in different cities headlined by Willie Nelson with some great openers in each city. The entire lineup is below, but some highlights include Elvis Costello, Sturgill Simpson, Alison Krauss, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Brandi Carlile.
- Pitchfork has this really good primer on short-lived band Dear Nora, a West Coast-based indie rock group that put out three albums between 2001 and 2006.
