- Natalie Prass’ second album is currently streaming on NPR’s First Listen ahead of its June 1 release. The Future and The Past is the Virginia singer-songwriter’s follow-up to her self-titled album in 2015.
- Liam Gallagher’s new music video for “I’ve All I Need” features video and clips from his recent tour supporting his 2017 album As You Were. Gallagher recently announced he’s been working on a follow-up album with his As You Were collaborators.
- A 14-year-old Weezer fan in Ohio wants her favorite band to cover “Africa” by Toto so bad that she created a Twitter account to campaign for it. Today, the band released a studio version of “Rosanna” by Toto. The band is currently working on The Black Album, which was originally announced for May 25, but has since been pushed back. Instead we get a cover of the 1983 Record of the Year Grammy winning first single from Toto’s fourth album, Toto IV.
- Philly band Dr. Dog was on World Cafe Live today playing selections from their newest album, Critical Equation, which was released in April.
