• Paul McCartney has announced his first album in five years, Egypt Station, accompanied by two singles, “I Don’t Know,” and “Come On To Me”:

 

• Today is the first day of summer! Here’s NPR’s “songs of the summer,” which includes Maren Moris’ Target commercial song, Janelle Monae’s “Pynk,” and some other pop-y stuff.

 

• Florence + The Machine’s fourth studio album is out next week, and the recently released third single, “Big God,” has a new music video:

 

• In an interview with NME, Brandon Flowers and Ronnie Vannucci expressed a desire to ultimately record a sixth LP following the success of last year’s Wonderful, Wonderful.
