New songs from This Wild Life, Ryan Adams, Vevo to shut down its site, and more music news

  • California acoustic duo This Wild Life have released a new song and video from their upcoming third album, Petaluma. “Catie Rae” is the third song from the album, out June 22, following “Westside” and “Hold You Here.”
  • Ryan Adams debuted a new song called “105.5 The Colorado Sound” about a Fort Collins-Denver radio station, premiering today on the station’s website. The North Carolina-born former Whiskeytown frontman also shared some thoughts on a three-year old EP, Blue Light, on his instagram today, calling it “the best record” he ever made.
